If you haven’t found a lender yet, don’t worry…you are not alone and we are here to help! Many buyers are not sure if they should contact a real estate agent or a lender first. This dilemma makes it difficult for many buyers to get started, and many will get caught wandering in a circle trying to decide what to do first. There’s no doubt about it, you should contact an experienced real estate agent first, and we are here to help.

We strive to be your first point of contact for all of your real estate needs, including helping you find the right lender. With over 40 years of combined real estate experience, Vince and I have worked with LOTS of lenders. We have compiled a list of preferred local lenders we have personally worked with and have found to be the best-of-the-best. Each of them is smart, experienced, creative and most importantly, values relationships as we do.

Our list of preferred lenders is in no particular order. They are all wonderful and we encourage you to contact and compare multiple lenders to find the right lender to fit your need.
