The median price for a house in the Reno-Sparks area rose slightly in April despite the coronavirus pandemic, according to the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS monthly report. The report showed that while the number of homes sold decreased due to stay-at-home orders, accepted offers were within 98. 8 percent of asking price. RSAR said the numbers indicated that property values remain strong.
