Check out the market report for Carson City as of 2/29/2020. Inventory and days on market are both low, so it’s still a great time to sell. On the flip-side, interest rates are also very low, so if you’re in the market for a new home, it’s a great time to buy. Buyer, be sure to have all of your ducks in a row before you start looking at homes, because once you find a good one, it will likely move fast, and sellers will most likely only accept offers from buyers who are pre-approved and can close in a reasonable amount of time.
